I am speechless about the idea of putting music fans in jail for downloading music. It is wrong to illegally download, but the answer cannot be jail. We should look to new technologies like Apple's new Music Store for solutions. It is the fans that drive the success of the music business.

Cele 60 de zile de amanare ale lui Michael Jackson in imprumutul de 270 de milioane detinut de Fortress Investments a ajuns la scadenta. Fortress poate acum sa face ce vrea, luand intreaga avere de-o viata a lui Jackson si casa lui.

Sony Music incearca o noua intelegere, in care Citygroup va cumpara imprumutul de la Fortress. Sony Music va asigura datoria, tinandu-l departe pe Jackson de faliment si protejand Sony de a avea mai multi parteneri.

Fortress va obtine un profit destul de bun pentru anul in care au detinut imprumutul - posibil 50 de milioane.
